Swim, Bike, Run !

I was thrilled that I could see my boys before going into the water for the 750 m swim.
I spotted them again, before heading out on the 30 km bike.
Finishing the race with a 7 km run.
Here we are, a happy family of four.
Micah hydrates in his "Simon Whitfield" outfit before his race. Seth looks up to him.

Guelph Lake Triathlon

Having the van was great for the double stroller and bike.
Due to a medical emergency, the kids' fun run was cancelled. Fortunately, our 2.5 year old didn't understand so we still had 'his race' (he was up at 4am ready to go for 'his race' the night before).
Here they are! Go, Micah, go!
Seth and I cheered them on.
Spectators and mommy's greatest fans!

Sweet Summer '08

Micah is really into building, and Seth into watching. You likely can't tell, but in this picture is a bunch of giraffes from African Lion Safari. They are having a nap.
Another fun activity is fort-building. Blankets and cushions are used to create anything! Here is Micah's "doughnut store".
Seth is purchasing a coffee and doughnut through the take-out window.
A typical morning includes whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes.

Back to the Cabin!

I didn't get my camera out as much as I should have this week. We sure had a fun time at the cabin attending the Church of God Camp with the Cylka gang. Eating meals, attending program, playing at the park, going to the candy store, having a picnic, swimming, and just hanging out with Auntie Janna, Ben, Eli and Mary was great for Micah, Seth and I. Janna has a better post at www.scylka.blogspot.com
Here we are, heading out ...
...driving away in the twins.

ZZZZZZZZZZ

Micah is starting to "out-grow" his afternoon naps.
But sometimes, he just can't make it through!
A fun week at the cabin with cousins...
is sure to tire anyone out!
