Poor Leah had a tumble down our stairs a few weeks ago. You can see that she was favouring her left arm (it really hurt to dress her and she often didn't push her hand through her sleeve) and not herself in this picture. Thankfully nothing was broken and she is now feeling much better.

November 11, 2012. Remembering.

Family, Friends and Fun Times

Happy birthday to Chloe! We had a lovely evening together, celebrating Chloe's 5th birthday with the most delicious Starbucks cake pops (thanks, B). God has done amazing things in this girl's life. "Five and Alive" is what her family calls her, after being told she would not live that long! So glad we have become great friends with this family. Our boys sure love having Jacob as their good friend.

And Seth drew this in Sunday School a few weeks ago.

What a lovely afternoon we had today when the boys returned from school. Raking leaves, playing outside in the warm air (warm enough that Seth took off his shirt!),eating apples, and watching Micah work away at losing his first tooth. See video.

Finishing London's Rock the Road 10 km w/ a new personal best time of 34:08. Thanks to the Cylka gang, I was able to have a great week at the cabin; training and relaxing was great with my sister and our 6 (3+3) kids!

 This is how my kitchen looked after a week away. LAUNDRY! At least I had the pancakes done and lots of coffee to drink!
