Races, Cousins, and More Summer Fun

We have had an amazing summer. Amazing!
Trips to African Lion Safari, time at our Maple Grove cabin, sleep-overs and get-togethers with family, a tonne of swimming, grammy and grampa's, and the incredible weather has made this summer one of the best ever! It was so great to see Franz, Aimee and Aidan.
Two weeks to go...we will certainly make the best of it!
Today we were in London for Krista's 10 km race, then back to Brantford for Micah's soccer team's bbq, and a great evening spent in our own backyard.

Family Camp 2011

My sister, Janna, was the Director of Family Camp this year and boy oh boy did she ever do an amazing job. Thanks, Janna. Honestly, I think it was the best Fam Camp ever! Your hard work and amazing dedication was truly a blessing to the hundreds of people there for the week.
The weather was great. The boys loved the pool, their bikes, and activities with cousins and friends. We had many campfires, trips to the candy store, and listened to a great speaker and worship team.
Jonathan set up the gazebo on the back deck, which was amazing. We ate all of our meals out there and enjoyed many hot and iced coffees together.
I didn't want the week to end but hey, summer has just started! Yippee!
We will be going back to the cabin for a few days, likely each week. Let the fun begin!
